After class, you’re invited to walk down to the beach for an ocean dip and to enjoy the sunset together.
Margarita’s palapa is easily accessible from the beachfront or via two access roads. Please inquire for directions.

Every Wednesday: 3:00pm - 4:00pm

Sasha offers a weekly community yoga class in collaboration with Mujeres Que Mueven. This class is conducted in Spanish and is free for local women, with donations welcome from others who wish to support the space.

Temazcal Gatherings

An Afternoon Devoted to Community, Connection & Self-Care

Join us this dry season every month under the cycles of the Full Moon and New Moon for a grounding afternoon of breath, gentle movement, intention setting, ancestral heat, volcanic clay, healing plants & herbs and quiet reflection through guided meditation.

Held in sacred space and in harmony with la naturaleza, each gathering invites you to reset your nervous system, release what no longer serves, and reconnect—with body, breath, nature and community.

Whether you come to meet new women, or for deep healing, intention-setting, or simply a moment to pause, you are welcome.

Itinerary

- Bienvenidos -
3:30pm: breathwork, gentle movement and personal intention-setting, guided by Sasha or Paleena
4:15pm: temazcal herbal steam, mineral-rich volcanic clay, healing aloe vera, salt + lavender scrub, guided by Bryan
5:15pm: enjoy Yami’s herbal tea blend naturally sweetened with local Cosiguïna honey, cool-down in the outdoor shower & dip pool followed by a closing guided meditation with Sasha or Paleena
5:45pm/6:00pm: goodbyes

Energy Exchange | High Season Rates

One-Time Rate, $40USD per person, per gathering
Limited to 12 guests · Minimum of 5 guests required to hold the ceremony

Sliding Scale Available
We offer a flexible rate to help make the ceremony accessible:

• $35USD – Community Rate (for Nicaraguan nationals & low-income guests)

• $40USD – $45+USD – Supporter Rate (for those who feel called to give a little more in support of this space and its mission)

Your $35USD contribution supports the local temazcal keepers, ceremony materials, and the continued care of this sacred space and community.
