With over three years of experience working remotely for a global juice consultancy, Sasha has created menus rooted in both market strategy and mindful nourishment. With hundreds of custom menus created to date, her consulting work spans the globe—from Canada’s west coast to Nunavut, and across the U.S., Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, The Seychelles, Saudi Arabia, The Philippines, Abu Dhabi, Nicaragua, and Mexico.
Her signature plant-forward style has supported cafés, juice bars, wellness spaces, boutique hotels, and retreat centers in launching or refining their food and beverage offerings. Notable projects include Apoyo Lodge and plant-based menus developed for Thrive Juice Co., Harmony Juice, Roots Juicery, and the spa at Rancho Santana.
